"Worst insurance company they took my money and they didn’t report I had insurance to the dmv and I have auto pay and all my payment went through while trying to renew my plate I learnt 11 months my license was suspended due to lack of insurance being calling asking them to fix this problem asap as it’s affecting me getting something done but no manager wants to speak with me or to even apologize .All they are interested in is to collect money . Maria my agent is real pity you work for this looser. Dnt even deserve a 1 star"

"Our home owners insurance was dropped due to the liquidation of the company. Seems that is becoming a Florida tradition. We dealt with a few agents to try to find a substitute and all came up with what we felt were inadequate choices. Our friends recommended the Ken Magaro agency and we are very glad that they did. Many agents in Florida don’t even know that State Farm is writing policies in Florida and are surprised with the options that State Farm offers. Our first contact with the office was Karly. She is a consummate professional, always returns calls and answers your questions either immediately or quickly gets back to you with an answer. Our next contact was with Stephanie who explained our policy options. She is actually the office manager but worked with us on our policies. In all of our years of dealing with agents we have never had one that provided the information about our policies (auto, home and umbrella) that she did. She went through every coverage option and explained it in detail and answered our questions completely. In addition to being very knowledgeable and professional she was a pleasure to deal with.
